Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will meet our obligation under Australian consumer law to remedy if the goods have a manufacturing defect.

We have a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defect return.

We provide the following return options for Manufacturing defects or incorrectly delivered products.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@rbdiamond.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
