We have a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defect return.
To be eligible for a return, You have to return the item within seven days of receiving it. We cannot accept returns for any reason other than faulty, after seven days from the delivery date.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, accessories, certificates and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
We provide the following return options for Manufacturing defects or incorrectly delivered products.
Exchange for an alternative design in the same category. (subject to stock availability)
On occasion, your requested replacement item is sold out by the time returned product is received by us; we will refund your online account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal)
Shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective merchandise with no other non-faulty items in the same delivery.
You must pay shipping return charges.

Upgrade Return 14k and 18k Diamond Jewellery:
We have a 7-day return policy for an upgrade return.
You must return the product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, accessories, certificates and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must ship the product to us within seven days of receiving your online order or delivered it to our Parramatta Store if purchased in-store.
You will have 30 days to choose a replacement product as an upgrade from the date we receive the product back.
You must pay all shipping return charges for upgrade return.
The upgrade is allowed 1 to 1 item within the diamond jewellery category.

Jewellery issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:
Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require restoration work as everyday wear.
A lost stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or lost due to normal wear or other damage.
Ageing and natural tarnishing.
Damage such as dents on claws and band, scratches), misuse, abusive knocks.
The alteration, mishandling, accidents, substitution.
Improper repair performed by someone other than RB diamond jewellers(Unauthorised product modification, resizing or alteration)
Theft, disappearance, product loss, stone loss or any other type of use causing deterioration.
For all Returns:
We are not responsible for lost/tampered packages during transit, and we are not responsible for shipment sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of the shipping service selected. You are responsible for contacting your courier service to locate your return shipment to us.
